8 March 2025: International Women's Day
On 8 March 2025, the world celebrates International Women's Day, a global event dedicated to honoring the achievements and progress of women worldwide. Peace of Art organization is committed to improving the skills and rights of women through various initiatives. On this special day, the organization always organizes workshops and sessions aimed at empowering women by enhancing their skills in various fields. These workshops focus on developing leadership skills, personal and professional growth, and increasing awareness of women's rights. Through these activities, the organization works on building a network of support and opportunities for women in the local communities. Peace of Art also provides an educational environment that encourages continuous learning and personal growth. Through these efforts, the organization aims to empower women to reach their full potential, contributing to the promotion of equality and social justice.

Advocacy Training
On February 6 and 7, 2025, Peace of Art conducted a training on supporting social causes with Basmeh & Zeitooneh. The training was led by Mr. Ibrahim Yahya, the Executive Director of the organization, and brought together ambitious young individuals and leading women eager to develop their skills in social impact.
🔹 On the first day, the first group explored key advocacy tools and strategies to address the challenges in their communities.
🔹 On the second day, the same enthusiasm and commitment shone through as the second group engaged in dynamic discussions and skill-building activities.This training is part of the "Refugee Leadership" project, in partnership with Basmeh & Zeitooneh and supported by Porticus. Through these initiatives, we strive to empower young people with the knowledge and skills needed to advocate for their causes and drive positive change! 🌍✨

We Are The Future 1st round table
Sunday, February 16, 2025 – Al-Hakim Restaurant, Jdeideh, Peace of Art organized a roundtable discussion titled "Youth Talk" as part of its efforts to enhance the role of youth in the local community. The event brought together a group of experts and young participants to discuss the importance of youth engagement in the democratic process and policymaking, in addition to the challenges they face in decision-making environments.
The session featured valuable contributions from prominent figures. Dr. Hatem Mohi Al-Din discussed the role of youth in decision-making, while Mr. Fayez Okaisha focused on the challenges of inclusivity for people with disabilities in governance. Mr. Ibrahim Yahya presented Peace of Art’s initiatives for youth empowerment, and Ms. Vera Al-Mawla emphasized the importance of continuing such discussions to foster dialogue and interaction between youth and decision-makers.
The discussion was highly interactive, with young participants posing direct questions, allowing them to express their opinions and concerns. This engagement helped highlight opportunities for youth empowerment and ways to enhance their active participation in governance

We Are The Future 2nd Round table
Saturday, February 22nd 2025, Alzaytoon, at Body Café, the Peace of Art Association organized a special roundtable gathering, bringing together prominent figures and young people interested in the field of digital media. The event provided an opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss the role of digital media in engaging youth and its potential positive impact on society.
The discussion featured Ms. Huda Al-Fleiti, a journalist and third-year media student, Mr. Michel Mhanna, Director of the Social Movement Association in Jdeideh-Fakiha, Mr. Abbas Al-Hajj Hussein, Director of the Studies Association in Ain, Mr. Ebrahim Yahya, Executive Director of Peace of Art, and Ms. Vera Al-Mawla, President of Peace of Art.
The event was rich in opinions and experiences that highlighted how young people can benefit from social media platforms and digital content to express themselves and actively participate in societal issues.
This gathering served as an important starting point to discuss how future generations can use digital media in a positive and impactful way to empower themselves and achieve their goals.
